Steps to find duplicate Word documents:

Step 2: Now, from next screen select “Add Folder” from which you want to search duplicate Word files and then select “Proceed” button as illustrated in figure B.

Step 3: Software will show you a screen from which you have to customize searching process by selecting suitable option as shown in figure C.

Step 4: From next screen select .doc option to customize searching process and then click on “Scan” button to start searching process. Once the searching process is completed all the duplicate files will be listed. Select files which you want to remove and then click on “Delete Permanently” or Send to “Recycle Bin” as illustrated in figure D.
